As our own Bishop, His Excellency Roger J. Foys, is accustomed to saying, “There are alternatives to Catholic schools, but there is no substitute.” There is no substitute, we believe, because Catholic Education offers a holistic and integral education. To quote Blessed Basil Moreau, the founder of the Congregation of Holy Cross, we aim at Saint Patrick to “always place education side by side with instruction. The mind will not be cultivated at the expense of the heart. While we prepare useful citizens for society, we shall likewise do our utmost to prepare citizens for Heaven.” Here at Saint Patrick School, we strive to train the intellects of our students, cultivate their faith, and instill the virtues necessary for the living of a good life.
